Supported Housing:
Supported Housing may be viewed as more intensive case management, where the goal of the client is focused primarily on living independently in the community with supports. Frequently these individuals require a more intense level of support and may have less chance of being successful in the community if these supports were not in place. Twenty-four hour on-call services, specific to clients in this program is in place.Transitional/supported apartments are available on a limited basis to clients that meet the admission criteria.
